TEXT FONTS use POSTSCRIPT and/or TRUETYPE fonts

You want your text to look the same when it gets here, right? Send your exact style along. We may need to substitue your font style if you do not send a specific font along with the rest of your document. Please send only those fonts used in your art, logo or document. In most cases, changes to italics or special bold fonts require you send all fonts in that family of fonts as well.

COLOR PHOTOS should be supplied as CMYK, TIFF, or EPS format

TIFF is prefered. If a clipping path is used, save as EPS.file. We need files with a high resolution of 300 dpi minimum or better. For crisp high detail large format thermal digital printing without pixelation, 1200 to 2000dpi is best sent via CD disk. Think ahead to the idea your photo might end up billboard size and you want it to look as good there as you see on your computer screen.

GRAPHICS and ART Must be in either TIFF or EPS formats.

Once again TIFF is prefered. Please include the original, native files in case we have a problem with color correction. If you have scanned graphics, photos or line art to be used, be sure to send the file scanned at 1200dpi for optimum results. You will be happy you did.

PROOFING We provide a full color proof to be signed-off.

Often we show you the the scaling and prep patterns used in laying out large applications. Pantone colors are double checked for accurate density and hue. We want you to be pleased with your design when completed. Changes at last minute may require extra charges due to paint, ink, ribbon, substrate, media materials already purchased and in progress work that cannot be reused.

SIZING We reserve the right to slightly adjust text and art to fit stock materials unless, exact sizing and special arrangements are contractually agreed upon prior to your project.

We design with propotionate standard structural manufacturing increments to specifc normal substate dimensions as per . ie; 4' x 8' plywoods, .150 and .366 thick x 8' wide x 20' long polycarbonates, LARGE format printer platten print area, etc. HDU 5' x 8' x 1 foot deep.
Although, some jobs require exact materials to be custom manufactured ie; (4' x 12' marine plywood - 21' steel beams for the unusual circumstances they cannot do without) we keep in mind your budget, less material waste and time.
